Gourmet d’Expert® Electric SkilletZojirushi Skillet

The Gourmet d’Expert® Electric Skillet is a multi-functional electric skillet with two cooking plates; a deep pan for soup-type foods like sukiyaki and fondue, and a flat plate for grilling. The deep pan is 2-1/2” deep and 12” in diameter, and the flat plate features a titanium nonstick ceramic coating for easy cleaning. The Gourmet d’Expert® Electric Skillet also includes a steaming plate for steaming foods. Additional features include stay cool side handles and tempered glass lid to monitor the cooking process.

Gourmet Sizzler® Electric Griddle

The large 13.7" cooking surface is ideal for preparing vegetables, steaks,Zojirushi Electric Griddle pancakes and more. Variable heat settings from keep warm to 480°F. The dual circular heating element makes this unit very versatile and the durable titanium ceramic nonstick cooking surface makes it easy to clean. The unit disassembles for easy cleaning.

Stir-Fry, Fat-Free Using the Gourmet Sizzler
Shred 1 to 2 qts. fresh vegetables. May include tofu cubes, marinated gluten strips, or chicken. Preheat Sizzler to 375. Pour vegetables onto hot ungreased surface, adding 1/4 cup water if very dry. Cover with lid 1 minute. Remove lid, add 1/2 cup Braggs Liquid Aminos, Tamari Soy Sauce, or Shoyu Sauce. Toss to coat vegetables, and serve over brown rice immediately at the table to your seated guests.
 
Breakfast Pancakes or Foundation for Creamed Vegetables:

1 cup water in blender
1 1/4 cups freshly ground wholegrain flour (from wheat, barley, rye, spelt, rice, buckwheat, durum, kamut, etc) 1 Tbsp, soy powder, non-fat dry milk, or Tofu White
1 egg or 2 tsp. Egg Substitute + 4 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp Featherlight or Rumford non-aluminum baking powder
2 Tbsp honey
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp Real Salt
2 Tbsp canola oil or applesauce
Blend one minute; pour directly on ungreased Sizzler at the table. Turn when bubbles are uniform. Serve hot from Sizzler to seated guests.
 
Pizza
Preheat Gourmet Sizzler to 400 degrees: Place frozen pizza
on ungreased surface and cover. Bake 7-10 minutes until crust is crispy. Or bake freshly made whole wheat pizza 7 minutes.
 
Oil-Free Potato Chips
Thinly slice raw potato. Place one layer of sliced potatoes on ungreased surface of preheated Sizzler 375 degrees.
Turn when slightly ruffled. Sprinkle lightly with Real Salt. Remove when crisp, about 4 minutes total time.
 
Hash Browns
375 degrees
Shred potato. Cook 3 minutes each side, covering last 3 min.
 
Meats, Gluten Cutlets and Steaks
Brown at 350 degrees to perfection without a drop of oil.
French Toast. 4 minutes each side, 350 degrees.
Warming Tortillas. 1/2 min. each side, 350 degrees.
Will warm all food in just minutes on "warm" setting and hold it there
 
Fajitas
Cook meat or gluten 350 degrees 3 min. Add sliced green peppers and onions.
Cook 4 minutes. Add salsa 1/4 cup. Cook 1 minute. Serve on warm tortillas.
 
Stir-Fry by Rhonda
Preheat 400 degrees. Cook meat first 3 minutes.
Lower temperature to 325 to cook vegetables 4 minutes. Pour sauce over and cook one more minute.
 
Chicken
Cook covered for four minutes on each side at 350 degrees.
